There is no draft text here, deliberately. A policy is a statement about what the academy will and will not do; publishing wording that has not been approved would read as terms while binding nobody.
What it will cover
The standard the site is built to, what has been tested, known gaps, and how to report a barrier.
What it is waiting on
A rendered-page audit. The design tokens are validated; the pages have not been tested with assistive technology.
Nothing is for sale and no account can be created, so no term here currently applies to anyone. Every policy will be published before enrolment opens.
