There is no draft text here, deliberately. A policy is a statement about what the academy will and will not do; publishing wording that has not been approved would read as terms while binding nobody.

What may and may not be run in a lab environment, how quotas work, and what happens when a limit or a rule is breached.

Lab infrastructure, which is not provisioned.
