There is no draft text here, deliberately. A policy is a statement about what the academy will and will not do; publishing wording that has not been approved would read as terms while binding nobody.
What it will cover
The agreement between a learner and the academy: accounts, acceptable use, intellectual property in submitted work, and liability.
What it is waiting on
The approved legal seller.
Nothing is for sale and no account can be created, so no term here currently applies to anyone. Every policy will be published before enrolment opens.
