There is no draft text here, deliberately. A policy is a statement about what the academy will and will not do; publishing wording that has not been approved would read as terms while binding nobody.
What it will cover
What personal data the academy holds, why, for how long, who processes it, and how to ask for a copy or erasure.
What it is waiting on
The legal entity, the processors actually used, and a joint retention position with the identity provider.
Nothing is for sale and no account can be created, so no term here currently applies to anyone. Every policy will be published before enrolment opens.
